Allana played for Australia at Rugby Sevens, but then knee injuries caused her to go through a number of seasons without playing before switching back to Rugby League. The first time Allana played in a rugby league game for women came in 2015. She played well against Queensland as well as representing New South Wales. The radio show Allana has been on has increased as she regularly appears with the 2GB Continuous Call Team, a highly rated program. Allana also holds a teaching qualification. Allana Ferguson has the unique privilege of representing Australia in three sports including Rugby sevens (rugby league) as well as touch the rugby union.
